What If Your Breast Cancer Diagnosis
is a Message for You?
Women I've worked with have one of two reactions to their diagnosis.

Either they know exactly why it has happened,

or...

They are shocked and confused about why it has happened.

But most understand their cancer diagnosis means it's time for things to change, and I am here to support you to make those changes.
Why My Approach is Transformative
Scientific evidence confirms that cancer is a disease affected by how a person responds to stress.

The focus of my approach is healing from the inside to buffer against cancer progression and improve your life and relationships.

Equipping you with proven techniques that combine the latest neuroscience, cutting edge psychotherapy and somatic psychology means you can bring your body into a natural state of healing.

Taking an active role in your healing and recovery leads to better health and happiness.

Being in control of your life and having realistic expectations about your day-to-day challenges are the keys to stress management, which is perhaps the most important ingredient to living a happy, healthy and rewarding life.

Client Experiences
Joanne
Age 64, diagnosed with endometrial adenocarcinoma 2019
I was initially concerned about choosing a therapist because I find it hard to share and open up to someone. Natasha is someone with whom I have developed the comfort level to "be myself".

She provided a safe, non-judgmental place for me to explore my ongoing feelings and thoughts.

Over the past 18 months we have worked through my pain of loss, my fears, PTSD both from the past and my diagnosis and a lack of self-worth. [Her] skills have helped me overcome many emotional road blocks and hurts...

I am a more grounded and settled person since starting my sessions with Natasha, and her skills of drawing out my deepest thoughts in a gentle manner often with lots of laughter and sometimes tears, makes each session enjoyable and worthwhile.

Our sessions are always engaging and challenging, sometimes bringing personal emotional outcomes that serve to challenge my thinking further.
Britta
Age 37, diagnosed with breast cancer 2019
I started seeing Natasha a few months after my initial breast cancer diagnosis. After my surgery and chemotherapy, I started to feel overwhelmed by what had just occurred and my future outlook.

In Natasha, I found someone who I could open up to. Her warm and gentle approach made me feel safe and understood. She taught me methods to ground myself in case anxiety takes over.

I highly recommend Natasha to anyone who feels anxious about losing control due to a traumatic life event. If you're looking for someone who can help you find yourself and be in the present, Natasha is the right choice.

Now's the time to stand up for myself. Natasha has given me the ability to work on and fix things I didn't even realise would help me.
