Tapping on Cancer Pain Demo

A Proven Way to Transform Pain
Imagine you could learn how to use a fast and easy technique to transform your pain.

The good news is YOU CAN.

This technique is called clinical EFT for short - Emotional Freedom Techniques Tapping. I have created a video showing you how to use this technique that you can use immediately to transform your pain.

If you have a breast cancer diagnosis, whether recent or years ago and you are experiencing pain you can learn to use this to transform your pain.

It has been shown to reduce pain by up to 57% in clinical trials.

Our lives are constantly busy and modern life is stressful. Rushing against the clock to get things done, demands of home family, caring commitments and the list goes on. Then a cancer diagnosis and the treatment that follows add a whole other layer of stress on top.

When your body is in a state of constant stress, often referred to as Fight Flight or Freeze [FFF] , your body's immune and hormone pathways are affected. And did you know emotions such as fear and sadness affect our body's internal functions in the same way?

Our bodies were not designed to be in a constant state of stress and when we are our body is unable to restore and regenerate. One consequence of this state of FFF in our body is that it can intensify the experience of pain making it worse.
Stop pushing your emotions down, it's dangerous!
Emotions serve a purpose for us, they act as a guide for us to successfully navigate life. But emotions can be painful, so our natural instinct is to avoid them. After all, we are usually not taught how to deal with them, so we don't know what to do with them.

Emotions can change our experience of pain making it worse so supressing your emotions has unwanted consequences.

Furthermore, did you know that a study conducted in Harvard found that people who bottled up their emotions increase their risk of premature death by more than 30% from all causes, but being diagnosed with cancer increases that risk by 70%.
