The Program provides participants with educational materials and resources and exercises developed from a range of modalities that Natasha McGrath, the founder of Sanctuary Counselling and Beyond Breast Cancer Blueprint, is trained in, informed in and drawing from her clinical experience and insights.

 

Participants of the Program and Membership site take full responsibility for their own health, wellbeing and physical, emotional and personal safety and independent medical and/or psychiatric advice and clinical support must be sought when participants believe they need this.

 

Participants of the Program have continued access to materials for the duration of the Program's existence. We will notify all participants in writing at least 6 months before a program is removed from access. We are not responsible if you do not receive notice because you have not kept your contact information up to date.

 

Participants of the Membership site have continued access for as long as they have financially committed.

 

Participants of both the Program and Membership site have access once payment is received.

 

If a Participant's behaviour in the Membership site or on live group calls is deemed inappropriate and is affecting other participants, the convenor can decide whether that participant can remain engaged in the group session or active in the membership portal.

 

Failure to attend live group sessions does not entitle the participant to reimbursement or for the session to be rescheduled.

 

Use of materials is for personal use only and should not be used for any other purposes.

Types of Programs

Self Study: Access to the Beyond Breast Cancer Blueprint materials.

 

VIP Program: Access to the Beyond Breast Cancer Blueprint materials plus four 1-1 sessions.

 

Membership Program: Access is part of the three-month bonus with the purchase of the Self Study or the VIP Programs. Continued access beyond this time requires payment of a monthly fee.

Types of Programs

As part of the one-on-one sessions in the VIP Program recordings of personalised and individually tailored Clinical EFT Tapping sessions can be provided for that individual with their consent.

 

Recordings of the live online group sessions are available to those who cannot attend. Attending participants consent to the recording of these.

 

Outside of the Programs above Sanctuary Counselling has limited capacity to provide 1-1 psychotherapy. This is dependent on availability at the time.

 

Online Access: Your password is protected and must not be shared with others. Unauthorised use is reported.

 

Client/ Customer responsibilities: It is your responsibility to use true details, to keep details up to date, behave appropriately, and manage own participation.

Direct Debit terms: This is available as part of the payment plan option. You will be given terms and conditions if you choose this payment option.

Beyond Breast Cancer Blueprint bonus 3-month bonus membership

Having purchased the Program, you have access to 3 months of Membership to the Online Community and live zoom groups. If, however after purchase you are unwell or going through treatment and not able to attend, please advise us and we can pause the 3-month access until such time as you are well enough to attend. Please be advised once you start the 3 consecutive months community access it cannot be paused again.

This Program is billed every 30 days and if you decide you wish to cancel, please let us know a working day before your next payment is due to allow sufficient administrative time to cancel your payment.

One to One sessions as part of VIP Beyond Breast Cancer Blueprint

Late cancellations or no shows

A late cancellation is any cancellation made after 12pm on the day before a morning appointment or after 5pm on the day before an afternoon appointment. If there are exceptional circumstances for last minute cancellation, please discuss with us by emailing [email protected].

 

A no show is when you miss the appointment without cancelling.

 

In either case, the session is forfeited.

Termination: Sanctuary Counselling reserves the right to exclude people because of behaviour or reputational damage or failure to pay.

 

Confidentiality and Privacy of other participants' information is to be respected all times.
